  • Which payment methods are available?

    Ahidaho supports mobile money (KKiaPay-powered) and cash on delivery, based on order eligibility and seller configuration.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes. Every order moves through structured statuses from confirmation to final delivery, and the rider scans a one-time QR / code at handoff so you always know exactly when your order has arrived.

  • What if my order has an issue?

    You can report issues through support and follow the refund and return policy workflow at /legal/refund.

For sellers

  • How do I start selling?

    Submit your seller application, complete identity verification, and publish your catalogue after approval.

  • How are payouts handled?

    Payout cycles and balances are managed through seller payout flows with visible settlement records. You only receive funds for deliveries confirmed at handoff.

  • What standards are expected?

    Sellers must maintain accurate listings, timely fulfilment, and compliance with the Seller Agreement at /legal/seller-agreement.

For riders

  • How do delivery tasks work?

    Riders accept a task, confirm pickup, update in-transit status, and confirm final delivery. Each step is recorded with timestamps and traceable events.

  • What documents are required?

    Identity and operational documents are required according to the rider onboarding policy. Details are listed on the For Riders page.

  • How is rider performance tracked?

    Timeliness, completion rate, and operational compliance are tracked through platform workflows that stay fair, transparent, and reviewable.

    Ahidaho is built and operated by Ayiha Labs, based in Cotonou, Bénin.
