Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules for acceptable behavior on the Ahidaho platform. All users (Buyers, Sellers, and Riders) must comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Products

The following products may not be listed or sold on Ahidaho:

• Counterfeit or replica goods
• Stolen property
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Controlled substances and illegal drugs
• Hazardous materials
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights
• Adult/explicit content
• Products sanctioned by Benin law or international regulations

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false or misleading product listings
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages
• Attempt to steal personal data or account credentials
• Circumvent platform fees or security measures
• Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and photos
• Maintain adequate stock for listed products
• Ship orders promptly within the specified timeline
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Honor the platform's refund and return policy

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: warnings, listing removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, withholding of pending payouts, and/or legal action.

We investigate all reported violations and take action based on severity and frequency. Repeated violations result in escalated penalties.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a violation of this policy, please report it through the Platform's reporting feature or contact us at support@ahidaho.com. All reports are investigated confidentially.
