Seller Agreement

1. Overview

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Sellers and Ayiha Labs in connection with the use of the Ahidaho platform for selling products. By registering as a Seller, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

2. Seller Eligibility

To sell on Ahidaho, you must: be at least 18 years old, complete identity verification, provide accurate business information, and comply with all applicable laws regarding the products you sell.

Ayiha Labs reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke Seller status at its discretion.

3. Commission & Fees

Sellers pay a commission on each completed sale. The current commission rate and any other applicable fees are communicated during onboarding and may be updated with 30 days notice.

Commission is calculated on the product price excluding delivery fees. Promotional or category-specific rates may apply.

4. Payouts

Seller payouts are processed on a regular schedule (weekly or bi-weekly) via mobile money. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Payouts may be withheld in case of: pending disputes, policy violations, suspicion of fraud, or incomplete verification.

5. Seller Obligations

As a Seller, you must:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
• Process and prepare orders within the specified timeframe
• Ensure products match their descriptions and photos
• Maintain adequate inventory for listed products
• Respond to buyer inquiries and support requests promptly
• Comply with the platform's quality standards
• Provide valid business documentation when requested

6. Product Compliance

All products must comply with Benin law and our Acceptable Use Policy. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products meet safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements.

Products found in violation may be delisted without notice, and Sellers may face account penalties.

7. Penalties & Suspension

Sellers who violate this Agreement or platform policies may face: listing restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, payout withholding, and/or legal action.

We provide notice before taking action except in cases of fraud or serious violations requiring immediate intervention.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, pending orders must be fulfilled and outstanding commissions settled.

Ayiha Labs may immediately terminate in cases of fraud, legal violations, or severe policy breaches.
